The GENESIS Study is exploring the use of remote assessment questionnaires in outpatient services. We want to know how they are being used to support outpatient care and if a common approach is possible and helpful.
What is a remote assessment questionnaire?
Remote assessment questionnaires are questionnaires that patients complete at home often using digital technology (computer, mobile phone) between their scheduled outpatient appointments. They mainly ask about the patients health, but may also include questions about healthcare experience, adminstrative information and other things that may support patient care.

Online questionnaire (approx X min)
To understand how remote assessment questionnaires are being used in outpatient services and to understand patient's expereinces of completing them.
Online interviews (upto an hour)
To understand more about what different people think should be included in RAQs and whether a common approach for all RAQs is possible.
Delphi (two- part) survey
To find agreement between patients, healthcare staff and data managers about what should be included in future RAQs.
